About Our Jewelry
What materials do you use?
Every RỪNG piece is built on a core of high-quality 925 sterling silver. Most designs come in three finishes: Sterling Silver, Gold Plated Sterling Silver, and Gold Vermeil, where a generous layer of gold (minimum 2.5 microns) is bonded to the solid silver core, unlike standard gold plating built on brass. All pieces are nickel-free, and we source our materials responsibly.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Where is your jewelry made?
Every piece is made in Vietnam by local silversmiths. The Chu Ru rings are cast one at a time by hand in Lâm Đồng. The Mầm collection is cast and finished by hand in a small workshop in Long An. We work directly with both workshops to ensure quality and fair working conditions.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders within Vietnam ship free with no minimum. International orders ship free on $96 and above, and below that shipping is a flat $23.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (Vietnam) typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International orders take 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed instructions on measuring at home. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you find the right fit.
Can I resize my jewelry after purchase?
Yes. Ring resizing is available as part of our lifetime care service. Contact us to arrange it.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Any defect in craftsmanship or material quality will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This covers manufacturing issues, not normal wear or accidental damage.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my RỪNG jewelry?
Store your pieces in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Do you offer polishing services?
Yes. We offer free polishing and care for all RỪNG pieces. Contact us at hello@rungjewelry.com to arrange it.
Sustainability
What makes RỪNG sustainable?
We use eco-friendly packaging (90% recyclable, plastic-free), work exclusively with local Vietnamese silversmiths to reduce emissions, and plant one tree for every order through our partnership with Dalaforest. Our thank-you cards are made from plantable seed paper.
