rungjewelry.com is operated by RỪNG, a handcrafted silver jewelry brand based in Vietnam.

Our products

Our pieces are handcrafted, so small natural variations in finish and texture are part of their character and are not defects. We show colours and details as accurately as we can, but your screen may display them slightly differently.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND) and US dollars (USD). Orders in VND are paid by bank transfer, and international orders are paid through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if a clear error has occurred.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment made.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and our lifetime warranty are covered in our Returns and Refunds policy. Please read those pages for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, designs, and the RỪNG name and logo, belongs to RỪNG and may not be copied or used without our permission.
