Processing time

Pieces that are in stock are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, some pieces are made to order or backordered and take a little longer. The estimate is always shown on the product page and at checkout, usually around 15 working days for made-to-order pieces.

Delivery time

• Vietnam: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• International: usually 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

These are estimates and may vary with customs and local couriers.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
