30-day returns
You may return eligible pieces within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, items must be unworn, in their original condition, in the original pouch and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Pieces we cannot accept
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty. Pieces that have been resized or personalized are made to order and are final sale. Because each piece is finished by hand, small natural variations in finish and texture are part of its character and are not considered defects.
Made-to-order and backordered pieces
Some pieces are crafted to order after you buy. These take a little longer to dispatch (the estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout, usually around 15 working days). They follow the same 30-day return window from the day they are delivered.
How to start a return
Message us on Instagram @rungjewelryofficial or email hello@rungjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping
If a piece is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (bank transfer for VND orders, PayPal for international orders) within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a little longer to display it.
Exchanges, resizing and repairs
Prefer a different size or piece? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange where possible. Ring resizing and gentle repairs are part of our lifetime care service. Reach out anytime and we will look after your piece.
Lifetime warranty
Every RỪNG piece is covered for life against defects in craftsmanship or material. This covers manufacturing issues, not normal wear, everyday tarnish, or accidental damage. We will repair or replace a covered piece at no charge.
Caring for your piece
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and water. Store your piece in the pouch provided, away from light. Polish gently with a soft cloth, and bring it to us anytime for free polishing.
